When you’re a celebrity couple like Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, not any ol’ hotel will do. Even the most expensive 5-star can pose a host of issues when it comes to privacy. Can you imagine hanging by the pool next to Tay-Tay? We think not. Which is why when the pair recently took some well-deserved time off in the Bahamas—her from the highest-grossing concert tour ever, and him from some football game we heard he won—they didn’t stay on points at a Marriott. They stayed at a $16,500/night beachfront mansion, complete with a chef and housekeeper. And guess what? You can also stay there for your next vacation, honeymoon, or post-Lottery win trip, since it’s currently listed on VRBO.
The Rosalita Oceanfront Estate is located in a charming town in the Bahamas called Harbour Island, which is known for it’s famous Pink Sands beach. According to the rental listing, the estate features “stunning” Caribbean views, 5 bedrooms in the main house with ensuite bathrooms, and an additional king bed in the guest house. Rosalita is a fully staffed villa sitting on the stunning pink sand beaches of Harbour Island. This brand new estate with 6 bedrooms (sleeps 12) awaits you and your guests for an experience that will leave you breathless.
The villa’s beautifully landscaped property is ensconced in lush tropical flora, and features stunning views of the Caribbean Sea. Elegant stairs lead down from the main house to the swimming pool, surrounded by sunbeds, loungers, and a lovely covered pavilion. Here, you can enjoy cool, classic cocktails in the delicious breeze, while barbequing on the poolside grill. In the evening, repair to the alfresco dining pavilion with a deluxe bar and tables for twenty-four, from which you can practically reach out and touch the pristine sands and azure sea.
Returning to the main house, twin staircases lead to the upper-floor veranda, with its cozy lounge and elegant alfresco dining table. From here, wide doors open to the villa’s interior, with yet another luxurious lounge and dining table under high, vaulted ceilings fringed by delightful seashell molding. The décor is exquisite throughout, from the original artwork on the walls, to the lovely parquet floors, to the charming palms of carved wood. The ocean is never out of sight, and the interior positively glows with its changing light. The kitchen, too, is luminous and spacious, fully equipped with chef grade appliances and a breakfast bar.
The villa’s main house includes five bedrooms, four with king size beds, one with queen. The guesthouse has an additional suite with king bed. All of the rooms have ensuite bathrooms, and four of these include alfresco showers. The décor of the rooms is simply beautiful, with sumptuous bedding and furnishings. Both the master and the guesthouse suites have private terraces with stunning views, while the other rooms have private entrances from the veranda or garden.
Should you ever wish to leave the private paradise of Rosalita, you can easily walk to the island’s main features—including Pink Sands beach, Dunmore Town, and some of the finest restaurants in the Bahamas, such as the Landing, Queen Conch, and the Rock House.
The estate—which can rent as low as $12,500 in the off-season and over $20,000 in the winter with a three-night minimum—appeared to be the perfect spot for a romantic getaway for Taylor and Travis, who were snapped looking cozy at several locations on the island. Considering the Eras tour is said to have grossed $1 billion so far (and Kelce isn’t doing so bad, either), we’re guessing the couple wasn’t that worried about the price.

If you’re thinking of traveling to this Bahamas town, there’s a couple things to know. First, it’s not super easy to get to (which is probably why celebrities like Taylor, Jennifer Aniston, and Kylie Jenner love it). Since there’s no airport on the island, you have to fly into North Eleuthera (ELH) airport instead. After landing there you would then take a water taxi to Harbour Island, which takes less than 10 minutes.
