Engaged yet or hoping to be soon? Well, it turns out that 40% of all engagements take place between Christmas and Valentine’s Day, according to the latest wedding survey from WeddingWire.

While we all know your partner can pop the question at anytime (my husband proposed on a random weekday in November), it’s interesting to see just how many people get married around the holidays. But just because it’s spring doesn’t mean an engagement isn’t on the horizon! The next most popular day to pop the question is Independence Day.

2. Valentine’s Day (2/14)
3. Christmas Eve (12/24)

7. December 17th (Saturday before Christmas Eve)
